I want to start by saying I do not work for Oceana Apts nor did anyone asked me to leave this review on their behalf. I just wanted to come here to give credit where credit is due! Even though I am not a resident currently, as I have only done an initial apartment tour so far, I had to stop in to say a big thank you to Akasha for making our tour experience so great! She is so friendly, knowledgeable, professional, but even moreso, Akasha seems like such a genuine person who really enjoys/appreciates her job and the residents at Oceana. She made us feel right at home immediately during our tour, had great communication while scheduling the initial tour, and knew the building and details of Oceana apts inside and out. Thank you for contributing so much to our great first impression of Oceana!

My move-in experience was absolutely exceptional thanks to Kyle, Joe, and Akasha, a team that truly goes above and beyond in every possible way. Kyle set the foundation with unmatched professionalism, clarity, and attention to detail, making every step of the process smooth and stress-free. Joe brought an incredible level of care and precision, handling every concern with speed, positivity, and genuine dedication that instantly made me feel supported. And Akasha tied everything together with her outstanding organization, leadership, and warm communication, managing the entire process flawlessly from start to finish. Together, they created a move-in experience that didn’t just meet expectations — it surpassed them by miles. Their teamwork, energy, and commitment make them stand out as truly exceptional individuals, and anyone would be lucky to have a team like this when moving into a new home.

I had a tour today for one bad room apartment, Akasha was so friendly and open to answering all my questions. She showed me all available apartments and provided all necessary information about each unit. Thank you a lot, it was so helpful and fun

I just moved to Seattle from TN and landed in these apartments. I spoke with Akasha and she was so kind and informative and helped with the leasing process. When I got here I met Kyle, the landlord, and what a joy he is. He has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and safe and to make this process as smooth as possible. The location is unbelievable. Walking distance to several doggy daycares, the space needle, Pikes market, Pier 66 and several other amazing local attractions. Driving in and out of the location has been easy, I haven't had a problem and I am not familiar with the roads or traffic. A reasonable price for a roomy apartment in the heart of downtown. Recently updated, don't drag your feet on this opportunity!

Amazing views and new management. I couldn’t have picked a better place to move. I’m coming from California so location was important to me. Now I live off Pier 66! Cheers everyone! Kyle made this a perfect transition. Joe and Acacia were very pleasant to meet.

The manager here has really made living in Belltown really spectacular. It’s already a great location but having Kyle Carter solve a lot of inconveniences for me has made it home. Thanks for hearing us and creating structure. Really kind person as well!! Definitely recommend!

Kyle Carter was an absolute pleasure to work with I was able to get all my questions answered immediately and helped work around my weird work schedule the apartments are beautiful and well taken care of very friendly people and mangers was very pleased with my experience.

I had been trying to get in touch with the property for weeks without success. Upon arriving in Seattle, I decided to visit in person, hoping for the chance to tour the space. To my surprise, the building is now under new management! Kyle, the property manager, graciously gave me a tour and even recommended a few great spots for lunch. The views from the rooftop are AMAZING!
